감성코칭대화모델 개발을 위한 기초연구 : OWH코칭모델을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 새로운 감성코칭대화모델을 개발하는데 있다. 이를 위하여, 국내외 코칭 연구자 24명이 강조하는 코칭핵심요소 중 코칭대화모델이 가능한 핵심요소를 추출하였다. 추 출된 코칭핵심요소는 코치를 처음 시작하는 사람들이 이해하기 쉽고 기억하기 쉽도록 형상화 하였다. 새로운 코칭대화모델을 형상화를 하기 위한 전 단계로, 국내에 코칭 펌에서 사용하고 있는 코칭 대화 모델을 참고 하였고, 인터넷을 통하여 국외 코칭 펌 등에서 사용하고 있는 코 칭 모델 자료를 수집하여 이들도 참고 하였다. 코칭연구자 24명이 제시한 코칭 특성 요소 중 가장 중요하다고 제시한 것은 관계에 대한 스킬이 가장 중요하다고 하였으며, 둘째, 목표설정 을 중요한 스킬로 제시하였다. 세 번째로 질문스킬이 중요한 코칭핵심요소이리고 제시 하였다. 본 연구에서는 이들 세가지 요소를 형상화, 구체화 한 OWH코칭대화모델을 제시하였다. 또한 코칭을 하다보면 코칭대화가 잘 되지 않아서 자기를 자책 하는 경우가 있은데 이런 경우에 대비하여, 수용참여치료모델(ACT: Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Acceptance, Choose, Take action)을 참고한 I-ACT(Insight , Acceptance, Choose, Take action)모델을 제 시 하였다. 본 연구와 관련한 제한점과 후속연구로 본 코칭대화모델의 효과검증의 필요성을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop a new emotional coaching conversation model. To this end, the core elements for coaching were extracted by 24 researchers whom they were from domestic and international coaching experts. The core element for coaching is easily visualized to remember and understand for beginner coaches. As an advanced steps, I referenced coaching conversation model that are used in domestic and in overseas Coaching Firm through internet. First, The 24 coaching researchers suggested that the most important coaching element is relationship. Second, competency is important as well for setting goals. Third, important competency is question skill. In this study, I presented OWH! coaching conversation model shaping and defining these three elements. Sometimes coaching beginners blame themselves when they do not make good results during coaching. For this, I suggest coaching conversation model I-ACT(ACT: Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) referring to ACT. For next study, and for limitations related with this study, I suggest the necessity to verify the effectiveness for better coaching conversation model.
