지방자치단체의 교육재정부담에 관한 연구 : 경기도 학교용지확보사례를 중심으로 = A Case Study on Financial Funding of Local government : Focused on gyunggi province school land acquisiton

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the education finance funding of Local Government Based on the case of Land Acquisition for school in Gyunggi Province. especially focusing on the bearer the expense for Land Acquisition for school in the development area. Recently the demands for school establishments are increasing rapidly due to new comers to urbanizing areas. To solve this problem, fare rule for finance burden among the responsible units such as central government, local government, developer. Gyunggi province are experiencing difficulties in funding the necessary public school buildings due to the limited financial capacity. first of all, we consider to make the burden more heavy for the central government. and the develop should take more burden for establishment of school as a principal beneficiary. But the desirable criteria tells that it is the best to strengthen the capability of local government, and in order to strengthen the financial power of local government, financial decentralizaton should be accomplished.
