내재로의 초월: 하이데거와 훗설의 철학적 관계에 대한 메를르-퐁티의 이해와 그 의의 및 한계에 관한 소고 = The Transcendence in Immanence: Merleau-Ponty's Understanding of the Philosophical Relationship between Heidegger and Husserl

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this article is to demonstrate that from beginning to end of his philosophical career, the transcendence of Being in immanence is the most essential concept in Heidegger’s fundamental ontology. If this is indeed the case, Merleau－Ponty’s viewpoint about the philosophical relationship between Heidegger and Husserl that was clearly outlined in the general introduction of his magnum opus Phenomenology of Perception should be revised. According to Merleau－Ponty’s understanding, the essential concepts of Heidegger’s fundamental ontology are mostly derived from the basic ideas of Husserl’s phenomenology. But insofar as Husserl himself never agrees with Heidegger on the meaning of transcendence of Being, the identification of Heidegger’s ontology with Husserl’s phenomenology seems to be a misunderstanding, which was maintained by Merleau－Ponty and many other phenomenologists.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 글의 목적은 ‘내재로의 초월’이 하이데거 사유의 전 여정에 걸쳐 가장 중요한 기초존재론적 개념으로 기능했다는 사실을 밝히는 것에 있다. 만약 그렇다면 하이데거와 훗설의 철학적 관계에 대한 메를로－퐁티의－그의 대작 지각 현상학에서 명시적으로 나타낸－관점은 수정되어야 할 것이다. 메를로－퐁티가 이해하는 바에 따르면 하이데거 기초존재론의 핵심적 개념들은 훗설 현상학의 기본적 발상들로부터 유래한 것이다. 그러나 초월이 지니는 존재론적 의미에 대해 훗설 자신이 단 한 번도 하이데거의 견해에 동의하지 않았다는 사실을 고려해보면 하이데거의 존재론과 훗설의 현상학을 동일시하는－메를로－퐁티와 그를 따르는 다른 많은 현상학자들의－견해는 잘못된 것으로 여겨진다.
