뷰티산업진흥 조례 제정 지방자치단체에 관한 탐색적 연구 = A explorative study on local governments enacting regulations for beauty industry promotion regulations

국문 초록 (Abstract)

뷰티산업이 국가경쟁력 산업으로 각광을 받고 있는 가운데, 각 지방자치단체마다 지역 경제 활성화 및 지역이미지 개선, 관광자원 유치 등의 이유로 뷰티산업진흥 조례를 제정 하고 뷰티산업진흥을 위한 다양한 행사를 개최하고 있다. 뷰티산업진흥 행사를 통해 지방 자치단체는 뷰티산업 관계 종사자들의 방문을 촉진함으로써 관련 사업의 확대를 모색할 수 있다. 또한 뷰티에 관심이 많은 여성들이 지역을 방문할 수 있도록 하여 방문객을 유치 하고 관광 효과까지 누릴 수 있다. 지방자치단체의 이러한 뷰티산업진흥 행사 유치는 뷰티산업이 고부가가치 산업으로 성장할 수 있는 기반임을 반증하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 뷰티산업진흥 조례를 제정하여 지방자치단체마다 진행하고 있는 뷰티산업진흥 사업이 무엇인지 알아봄으로써 각각의 특색을 살펴보고, 뷰티산업진흥을 위한 바람직한 사업의 방향을 전망해 보고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In recent years, the beauty industry is coming under the spotlight as a globally competitive business. Accordingly, each local government in Korea has enacted regulations and held various events to help promote the beauty industry, because it can help boost local economic growth, enhance the images of local governments, and attract tourism resources. Various events aimed at promoting beauty industries can allow local governments to attract professionals working in the beauty industry, which can also help expand beauty-related businesses. In addition, this can be a great contribution to local tourism business because it helps attract tourists by making the areas appealing to women highly interested in beauty. The local governments’ efforts to host beauty industry promotion events clearly indicate that the beauty industry has the potential to develop into high value-added businesses. Therefore, this study aims to examine the characteristics of beauty industry promotion projects conducted by each local government where regulations are put in place for beauty industry promotion, and to come up with desirable future prospects of beauty industry promotion projects.
