    The purpose of this study is to clarify the characteristics and index of 193 ancient books which have been handed down in Baek, Dal-Soon's house (located in Sanggum-ri, Yongsan-myon, Janghung-gun, Chollanam-do). The result of this study is as follows. First, the majority of these books can be classified to published book afterward Imjinoeran (Japanese invasion of Korea in 1592). Second, the greater part of this published book is a block book in 1700∼1800 and a writing book by Baek, Jin-Hang(1760∼1818). Third, the maun subject of these books can be ordered as a collection, a history, a Chinese classic, a letter.
