古小說의 傳奇的 內容과 그 意味 = The Meaning of Curious Stories in Korean Traditional Novels

In korean traditional novels, many conttents are made of imagination. Those are, for example, the world of heaven, that of ghosts, that of undersea palace where the Dragon king lives, that of monsters in caves, and the world of Taoists and their magics.
These contents are merely not to make interests, but have their awn special meanings. They are as follows.
1.The world of heaven and that of ghosts are fearful things police human being, punish them when they are bad, help and give prize when they are good. They have such meanings.
2.Because a great man is one who has lived in heaven before his birth, he is decided to be a leader of people. That is to make people give respect to their leader.
3.By saying that a ghost died with spite for a man always take revenge on him, stories could induce people not to do any bad behavier to other persons. It's one of way to educate people to maintain the social order.
4.The Dragon King in underseas was a being of fear, but an excellent and great man was used to be given hospitable treatment. It means that man could win the King, could use it for him, and in orther aspect, that people had desired a great man who could had been helped by the king.
5.Furthermore, the monster in caves is able to be controlled by a man, too. Such drawing of a great man, some stories try to prove a great man is among common peoples. This means that people should try to find a great man who lives in deep forest or in far territories, should respect him as their leader.
6.Sometimes people need some assurrance to overcome hard live-thing. The world of Taoists in which all of pleosures amass can only are played is dream for the ideal world and drawings of it give some comfort to peoples, and make them live real hard word. On addition, the magics Taoists do, can play an eliminating role to the evil which suppress peoples, This has a meanig facilitating braveness of peoples.
