사회복지서비스 수요변화와 지방정부의 대응에 관한 탐색적 연구:기초자치단체 유형별 조직과 예산대응을 중심으로 = Study on the local government response to the change of the need of social welfare service : focused on organizational and budgetary response

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyses government response to the need of social service in local government. For the empirical test this study divided government response into organizational and budgetary response and calculated social welfare need using factor analysis with 642 data set from 2003 to 2005 for 214 local government. The results show that the government responses to the need of social service are all positive in Si and autonomous Gu without Gun that reports no significant regression coefficient. More specifically, Si has more positive effects on government response than that of autonomous Gu in all dependent variables. This implies that the need of social welfare service is well responded in Si and the government of autonomous Gu need to more response to the increasing need of social welfare of local people.
