후기수용모델(PAM)을 활용한 교통복지시설의 지속이용의도에 관한 연구 - 광주송정역(KTX) 철도시설 이용자 중심으로 - = A Study on the Continuous Use of Transportation Welfare Facilities Using the Post Acceptance Model(PAM) ―Focused on Users of Gwangju Station(KTX) Railway Facilities ―

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 후기수용모델(PAM)을 활용하여 철도시설의 교통복지시설 분야에 대해 관련 요소를 파악하여 실증분석을 시행하였다. 가설설정을 통해 교통복지시설 분야의 기대일치, 지각된 유용성, 만족이 교통복지시설 부문의 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 실증분석 결과 첫째, 기대일치 요인은 지각된 유용성 요인에 대해 정의 영향이 나타났다. 기대일치 요인은 만족 요인에 대해 정의 영향이 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된 유용성 요인은 만족 요인에 있어 정의 영향과 지각된 유용성 요인은 지속이용의도 요인에 대해 정의 영향이 나타났다. 셋째, 만족 요인은 지속이용의도 요인에 있어 정의 영향이 나타났다. 가설 H1과 H2, H3와 H4, 그리고 H5는 채택되었다. 따라서 철도시설의 교통복지시설에 대해 확대･발전 및 시사점 제시와 교통복지시설 분야에 후기수용모델의 이해에 대한 범위와 이론 확장에도 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study utilized the Post-Acceptance Model (PAM) to identify relevant factors in the transportation welfare facility sector of railway facilities and conducted an empirical analysis. The purpose of this study was to establish hypotheses and to investigate the impact of expectation congruence, perceived usefulness, and satisfaction on the intention to continue using transportation welfare facilities. The empirical analysis revealed that, first, the expectation congruence factor had a positive effect on perceived usefulness and a positive effect on satisfaction. Second, perceived usefulness had a positive effect on satisfaction and a positive effect on intention to continue using. Third, satisfaction had a positive effect on intention to continue using. Hypotheses H1, H2, H3, H4, and H5 were accepted. Therefore, this study is expected to contribute to the expansion and development of transportation welfare facilities in railway facilities and to suggest implications. It also broadens the scope and theoretical understanding of the Post-Acceptance Model in the field of transportation welfare facilities.
