The purpose of this study was to develop and apply a self-resilience program containing physical activity and to investigate effects of the program on obese adolescents' psychology and obesity. Based on the results we suggested a couple of measures of policy for obese adolescents. 70 subjects volunteered to participate in this study but 12 students dropped. 58 subjects completed the program. Using SPSS 18.0 program, independent t-test and paired t-test were conducted to see the differences between the two groups and between before and after the program. According to the results, there were significant differences on three factors of self-resilience(cause controllability, emotion controllability, relationship). For self-concept there were significant differences on physical self-concept and moral self-concept between before and after the program. For emotion, subjects had higher score on positive emotion after than before but there was no difference on negative emotion.
