『뎡각녹』에 나타난 정치적 공간과 여성영웅의 관계 = Relation of Political Space and Female Hero in Dyeonggangnok

국문 초록 (Abstract)

『뎡각녹』은 여성영웅소설로서 정치 문제에 주안점을 둔다. 정치 문제를 좌우하는 요인이 힘이므로, ‘힘의 논리’가 『뎡각녹』을 지배한다고 할 수 있다. ‘힘의 논리’에 입각할 때 정치와 공간은 불균형 현상을 보인다. 공간은 모순으로 점철되어 있는데 반해, 정치는 개혁 능력을 함유하지 못했기 때문에 이렇게 볼 수 있다. ‘공간과 정치의 불균형’ 현상은 여성영웅인 정소저를 필요로 하고, 정소저는 구심적 공간의 원리에 입각해서 도성으로 올라온다. 정소저의 정치적 소신이 왕도정치이므로, 『뎡각녹』의 창작방법은 왕도정치를 구현하는 방향으로 운용된다. 그 결과, 德治로서의 통치 원리와 분권제로서의 권력 형태가 제시된다. 『뎡각녹』은 실험적인 정치소설이다. 여성의 정치의식을 극대화하고 바람직한 정치의 방향까지 제시했으니, 여타 여성영웅소설이 따라잡을 수 없는 문제작이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Dyeonggangnok, a female heroic novel, focuses on political issues. As it is power that controls the political issues, possibly ``the logic of power`` governs Dyeonggangnok. Under the perspective of ``the logic of power``, politics and space show an unbalanced phenomenon because the space is dotted with contradiction, on the other hand, the politics does not contain ability of reform. Eventually, the unbalanced state of space and politics need the female hero, Jeongsojeo, who comes up to the capital city under the centripetal principle of space. As her political belief is Benevolent Royal Government, the creative method of Dyeonggangnok operates for the direction of realization of Benevolent Royal Government. In consequence, the principle of government as benevolent government and the form of power as decentralization of power are suggested. Dyeonggangnok is an experimental political novel. And as this novel maximizes political consciousness of female and suggests the direction of desirable politics, it is possible to say that this novel is controversial work which is not followed by other female heroic novels.
