      VE (Vaule Engineering) is a problem solving system to distinguish and to remove the cost and effects in construction works. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the cost reduction through the VE in construction works. During the process in construction works, construction managers have tried their every efforts to reduce cost and time. Research results showed that the appropriate applications of VE technique in construction process reduce the construction expenses and the probability of bad construction. The results also indicated that the most problems in
      construction process often happens during the second half of the construction Period due to the behind the time schedule. As a result, it is recommended that sufficient construction time should be allocated to the second half of the construction period.
