다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)
This Paper develops locational index to construct industrial complex in suitable Oversea nations for abroad Korean Firms. For the this, First, analyzed trend on extending enterprises and business abroad at‘1980-2010 year of push into oversea. Second, Designed the 15 indexes and considering applicable possibility for 28 nations of them. As the result of analysis, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Malaysia have more exceed the Labor flexibility and investment conditions, It also, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Cambodia have more benefits on Labor market. Indonesia and Rumania have advantages investment flexibility side. However, when consider facts that Kyrgyzstan, China, India, Kazakhstan and Vietnam are rapidly decrease entering Korean Firms at recently, it can be choose Indonesia, Mongolia, and Uzbekistan which have high score at evaluating index and potential market to the others relatively. These results are basically used to choice oversea locations to make industrial complex.
