This study aimed to improve self-expression, self-esteem, and self-regulation in adolescents through non-face-to-face dance and movement therapy. The participants were 18 second-year middle school girls in K City. The program, which utilized Blanche Evan's intervention techniques and focused on body, cognition, emotion, social, and integration, was divided into an experimental group and a control group for 15 sessions, each lasting 80 minutes, twice a week. Due to the nature of the non-face-to-face program, participants participated via "Zoom" The effectiveness of the program was verified using scales measuring self-expression, self-esteem, and self-regulation, comparing pre- and post-test scores between the experimental and control groups. The following conclusions were drawn regarding the effectiveness of non-face-to-face dance and movement therapy: It was found that non-face-to-face dance and movement therapy improved adolescents' self-expression, self-esteem, and self-regulation. It is hoped that these findings will encourage the use and promotion of non-face-to-face dance and movement therapy in practice.
