국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 통합교육을 효과적으로 하기 위하여 통합학급 교사들이 갖추어야 될 전문
성 가운데 교육과정 수정과 교수-학습방법에 초점을 맞추었다. 이를 위하여 통합교육
시 일반 교육과정 가운데 장애학생을 위한 교육내용 초점 찾기, 장애학생의 학습양식에
따른 교수방법, 장애학생을 위한 효과적인 교수-학습방법 등의 세 가지 측면을 조명하
였다. 첫째, 일반 교육과정 가운데 장애학생을 위한 교육내용 초점 찾기에서는 장애학
생을 일반 교육과정에 참여시킬 수 있는 다양한 수준과 통합교육 기술 수준을 제시하
면서 바람직한 수준들을 논의하였다. 둘째, 효과적인 학습효과를 불러일으키기 위하여
통합학급 교사들이 고려해야 할 장애학생들의 다양한 학습양식을 조명하고 그에 적절
한 교수방법의 수정을 제시하였다. 셋째, 통합학급에서 보편적으로 활용될 수 있는 효
과적인 교수-학습방법으로서 직접교수 방법에 대해 조명하였다. 이를 위하여 다양한 장
애학생들에게 보편적으로 사용될 수 있는 사실, 개념, 규칙 등의 직접교수에 관하여 논
의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to focus on adapting curriculum and
teaching-learning methods that be necessary for inclusive classroom teachers
to posses as professional teaching skills. To this end, the study highlighted
the three aspects including the review skill to look for big ideas among
general curriculum for special students, adapting teaching skills according to
the learning styles of each special student, and direct instruction teaching
skill as an effective teaching-learning method.
For the elaboration, first, the review skill on big ideas among general
curriculum for special students was suggested with the five levels of
inclusion and five levels of professional inclusive teaching skills which can
be a bench-marking for inclusive classroom teachers. The second aspect
pointed various learning styles of special students and recommended
teaching methods to support the students. Third, this article highlighted the
direct instruction methods as an effective and research-based method for
special students in general. With conclusions, there are some suggestions to
be necessary for cultivating authentic inclusive environments in schools.
