태권도 체육관에서 수련생 이탈 원인에 관한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

I have studied about improving how to manage Taekwondo center, comparing the difference between aspects the trainers and the students get in terms of the secession. I have gotten some conclusions.
1) Students who answered that the training was repetitive and wasn't exiting, totaled the largest(46.3%) among the reasons of their secession.
2) Some thoughts about solving this problem and giving them motive were acquired. They are such as these. Consulting them and giving self-confidence to them, presenting the goal through promotion test.
3) There was a gap between the aspects of the two parts about what the reasons of the secession were.
4) After seceding, if students often receive a phone call from their center, they might be positive about participating in the training again.
When seeing these, because the tiredness results in the secession, a few conclusions have been made to solve the problems. Such are studying on Taekwondo training program, making efforts to verify the promotion test system on the basis of a program which depends on the centers, making often contacts with the students who seceded ,and expecting some effects in the future like securing more students and getting good image from their parents. Also, it is necessary for the teachers to thoroughly research and solve the problem to improve the management of their centers.
