A civil suit is one of ways which can solve different kind of troubles. and it is thought as the best solution through a historical inspection. though troubles should be solved by many procedures, there is a problem which means a judge's mistake and a their wrong choices. for example, when they withdraw a suit, these are problems that an important default is happened and through a plaintiff puts in a demurrer or withdrawing a suit, abandoning a demand, out-of-court settlement, decision of judgment, suit's processing continually.
Suit conclusion declaration is made for solving worries whether processed suit is continuous or making another suit. it makes sure that the suit is concluded and final and is belong to the suit conclusion. when the conclusion is happened, there are validities related with a court of justice, a plaintiff and a defendant together, execution and formation.
We can know that it's illegal to make a same suit which is already processed by law 259 and we can't propose suit again about a same accident by law 267.
We will know and understand the concept of suit conclusion declaration from next section and will study the process of precedent development and check four reasons about suit conclusion declaration and validity and relation with prohibition oder and make a new conclusion after consider original plan completion by law 91.
