다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract) kakao i 다국어 번역

There are two opposing arguments about the impact of globalization on labor conditions of the workers in many countries: one emphasizing its positive impact on them as shown in the rise of their wages, and the other on its negative impact as shown conspicuously in many sweatshops in underdeveloped countries. However, in fact, its impact varies depending on the individual country. Most existing studies find such variance deriving from differences in its domestic factors, but this study shows that such variance can also be ascribed to the differences in the activities of the International Labor Organization(ILO) and many nongovernmental organizations(NGOs). It has conducted regression analysis in which dependent variables are labor conditions, while independent variables are the activities or pressures of the ILO and NGOs for the improvement of labor conditions. It has also introduced a few cases representing the pro-labor activities of the ILO and NGOs.
