Feeding and management of laying eggs in the external environment through the production plays an important role in the revenue structure. Proper maintenance of the external environment increases importance of over-sized eggs in the production because the revenue structure can be improved. Generally in egg production, size, quality etc. have affects the management of the specification in the egg production. As same as the proper maintenance of the external environment, difference in management has affects in over-sized egg production, and the difference in the yield in over-sized egg have a significant impact on the income structure between these farms.
In this paper, firstly it is analyzed external factors affecting the production through the basic production of statistical data given by egg producers. Secondly, it is checked out that the factors affecting the oversized egg production from the standardized coefficients through the estimation of regression model. Thirdly, by using the elasticity, it is examined the output volatility in the oversized egg production. Finally, based on the analysis results, it has seeking ways of increasing the income of farmers through the establishment of an efficient management system.
The main results of this study are as follows. First, feed rations in the basics of statistics, internal maximum and minimum temperature, the age at first egg have affects to the oversized egg production. Second, through the standardized coefficients from the conclusion of regression model estimating discussed the results that the amount of feeding have the greatest impact on production, and then are the age at first egg. Third, by using the elasticity of output the volatility in the production, the result is that among the independent variable factors in the external volatility, the biggest one goes to the age at first egg, and feed ration follows. In order to control the production variability, it is necessary to manage an efficient feeding based on feed ration and external factors. Also the maximum and minimum temperature inside the farm make changes to the yield, so that it must be focused that according to the season it is necessary to maintain the proper temperature inside. As a result, in the oversized egg production of the farms, feed ration, age at first egg, internal and external factors such as temperature changes, are different enough in degrees. Individually and complexly giving influence to the production, feeding management of seasonable and stageable in growth is needed by considering the factors mentioned. In consequence, it should be concentrated by controlling the external factors affecting layer chicken production and the management system construct, to increase oversized egg production and the income of farmers at the same time.
