In the current society, day care for young child is not a personal matter, but a national issues. Expecially, low-income female householders indicate that caring of the young child is most difficult hardships in their lives. The purpose of the current study is to contribute improving the likelihood of day care center for low-income female householder and changing a day care policy. The proposed study is to investigate the factors for likelihood of choosing a day care center as well as characteristics of low-income female householder who collected from social work agencies. The findings of this study are that a total family number, child' age, working hour, public support, and understanding level of day care support and five-day work have effects on decreasing the likelihood of choosing a day care center. Therefore, it should be expanded a public day care system, a free day care program, and a flexible time-managing of day care center for female householders in poverty.
