      The purpose of this study is to develop and to manage the programs of education and training, which can contribute to improving labor productivity of blue-collar workers and give productive motivation for the workers and to verify the effect through need analysis of the objects of education and training of a corporation. The draft of the contents of education and training was based on the analyzed contents of existing job analysis materials about precision machinery, grinding and precision measuring related a corporation and was based on the response of the questions of need analysis. The detail contents of education and training were selected by 6 middle classification(Air Bearing Spindle, Related Information, Precision Machinery, Grinding, Machine Materials and Precision Measuring) after it was corrected and compensated through investigation of the specialist groups. The programs were managed for two hours in the evening every Monday through total ten times. The table of the programs was drawn up in order Bearing Ⅰ·Ⅱ, Related Information, Precision Machinery Ⅰ·Ⅱ, Grinding Ⅰ·Ⅱ, Machine Materials Ⅰ·Ⅱ and Precision Measuring. In the result analyzed of the effect of the programs management of education and training, the management of the programs through need analysis was effective.
