This study is intended to empirically analyze and understand the effect that GDS quality and self-efficacy have on intention to use GDS for the employees of Korean BSP travel agency who had used GDS before by using a technology acceptance model. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the effect that GDS quality (system quality, information quality, service quality) and self-efficacy had on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, the effect that perceived ease of use had on perceived usefulness, and the effect that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had on the intention to use. Seven total hypotheses were tested on the basis of 355 samples. According to the results of the study, GDS quality had a positive (+) effect on the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Also, self-efficacy had a positive (+) effect on the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Next, perceived ease of use had a positive (+) effect on the perceived usefulness. Finally, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had a positive (+) effect on the intention to use. The results of this study suggest that the purpose of the program is to improve intended use of GDS for efficient working relationships between travel agents and GDS providers.
