사회과학분야 : 다문화아동의 우리 아이와 함께하는 전래동요 움직임 놀이 체험 분석 = Analysis on the Experience of Traditional Songs Movement Play for Multi-Cultural Children

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposes of this study were to propose and to understand the experiential factors which multi-cultural children participants got from ‘Traditional Songs Movement Play’. The participating experiences of 2 mothers and 2 multi-cultural children were analysed among participants of ‘Traditional Songs Movement Play’ held on Seoul Art Space Hongeun. The program was practiced at every saturday morning during 90 minutes from 10:00 a.m. in 4 weeks(whole 4 times), from Aug. 3rd to 24th, 2013, by 1 instructor and 2 assistants. The experiences of ‘Traditional Songs Movement Play’ which multi-cultural children participants got were categorized as dance activity experience, emotional experience, and social experience. And, experiential factors were classified into sub variables as identity overcoming, confidence developing, self-expression improving, positive interpersonal relationship cultivating, sociality developing, and vocabulary improving. The conclusions from the results of this study are as follows. First, mothers and multi-cultural children, who participated in ‘Traditional Songs Movement Play’, showed more and more positive interests and attentions as the dance classes went on. Second, ‘Traditional Songs Movement Play’ made participated children to express their mental and cultural conflicts through movement, and, especially, multi-cultural children could get confidences of self-expression by valuable activities, with which they could release their physical-mental energies and get positive feedbacks. Third, physical, emotional, social, and cultural development and improvements of positive interpersonal relationship and sociality were performed by dance education for multi-cultural children. And, multi-cultural children could memorize words without knowing meanings, and, while imitating reading, they could get chances for real reading and stimulants for vocabulary improving.
