근로자 휴가지원 사업의 탐색적 연구 = An Exploratory Study on Workers' holiday Support Project

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this thesis is to explore the concept of a work-life balance and support for the expected benefits of a policy to promote public welfare and ensure safe economic growth. In addition, we will analyze the support programs for welfare tourism similar to the employee vacation support program through domestic and overseas cases. If the tourism policy, which has been pursued for the past 50 years, has focused on economic value or quantitative growth, it is now a necessary time for policies that can balance work and life for the sake of improving people's quality of life, promoting national welfare and safety and growth. This study is an investigative study designed to confirm the possibility of expanding the employee holiday support business, thereby expanding the domestic tourism market and boosting domestic consumption. The workers ' holiday support project began in 2014 and was not sustainable due to a lack of government finances and policy consistency. Therefore, although there are many limitations as an investigative study, I hope that it will be a starting point for future research as a basic study for the realization of true popular tourism through social tourism. Future studies require diverse studies, including workers who have participated in The workers ' holiday support projects, tourism projects, and continuous tourism and welfare government policies.
