대학생의 심리적 특성과 SNS 중독에 관한 탐색적 연구 = An explorative study on college students` SNS addiction: Using psychological variables as predictors

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research examined Korea`s college students`’ SNS addiction via smartphones. The study hypothesized that the psychological states such as loneliness and sensation-seeking may explain the path to the SNS addiction. The research results suggest that variables such as loneliness and sensation-seeking may predict addictive SNS behaviors amongst college students in Korea. Lonely students use SNS as a alternative method to alleviate their loneliness. At the same time, high in sensation-seeking students maybe addicted to SNS in order to satisfy their sensation-seeking needs.
