인간중심 집단상담에 참여한 집단원의 경험에 관한 연구 : 일치성, 무조건적 긍정적 존중, 공감적 이해 경험을 중심으로 = Experience study of group counseling person-centered : Focus on congruence, unconditional positive regard, empathetic understanding

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 인간중심 집단 상담에 참여한 집단원들을 대상으로 이들의 경험을 살펴봄으로써 인간중심 상담의 경험연구의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 합의적 질적 연구법을 사용하여 인간 중심 집단 상담에 참여한 집단원 13명을 대상으로 인터뷰를 통해 그들의 집단 경험을 탐색하였다. 그 결과 3개의 주제와 그에 따른 영역 8개, 총 22개의 하위범주가 구성되었다. 첫 번째 주제는 신뢰를 이루는 변인으로 3개의 범주로 나뉜다. 범주1)사전경험 및 지식, 범주2)리더의 태도 범주3)타집단원 태도. 두 번째 주제는 신뢰에 이르는 과정으로 다음과 같이 3개의 범주로 나뉜다. 범주1) 안전감 형성 범주2) 자기개방 범주3) 문제인식. 세 번째 주제는 신뢰를 통한 변화 결과로 2개의 범주로 나뉜다. 범주1) 관계개선 범주2) 자기성장이다. 마지막으로 연구 결과를 바탕으로 이는 인간중심 상담의 필요성과 후속연구에 대한 제언을 하였다 . 주제어: 인간중심 집단상담. 인간중심적 태도, 합의적 질적 연구법 (CQR)

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was designed to explore the person-centered group counseling members`s experience. This experience will be provided the basis for the person-centered research. consensual qualitative research was used, 13 people who participated in the interviews was to explore of their collective experience through congruence, unconditional positive regard, empathetic understanding. As a result, the 3 subjects and the corresponding categories 8, was composed of a total of 22 sub-categories. Variables that make up the first topic of the trust are divided into three categories. Category 1)prior experience and knowledge, Category 2) the attitude of the leader category, 3) attitude toward other group members. The second topic is the process of trust, ranging divided into three categories as follows. Category 1) formation of a sense of security, category 2) self Open, Category 3) recognition of problem. The third theme is changed as a result of trust is divided into two categories. Category 1) improve relations, Category 2) self-growth. The limitations and implications of person-centered counseling were discussed.
