쿨하다와 엽기적이다의 다층적 의미에 관한 상위화용적 정보의 연구 = A Study of the Metapragmatic Information Concerning the Multiple Meaning-Layers of Khwul-ha-ta and Yepkicek-i-ta,

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to explore why the discrepancy between the socially accepted and the intended meaning regarding the two terms would occur from the two pragmatic perspectives (Neo-Gricean and Relevance). As long as their meaning-layers are concerned, they seem to consist of more than at least two lay-ers: the one is socially accepted one, which might be composed of two types of impli-cated meanings (e.g., the one is an M-implicated one (Levinson 2000:136) or the other a higher-level explicature (Wilson and Sperber 1993)); the other individually intended one as a metapragmatic implicated one (Lee 2007), which allows speaker`s divergent intention to be blinded by hearer as well as the other party`s face-wants not to be inflicted. Thus, it enables interlocutors to keep the interpersonal communicative ends.
