고령자의 노후준비에 따른 삶의 만족도에 대한 연구

Because all around the world, there is a graying society, there is a lot of focus on the elderly's life
especially about improving the quality and satisfaction of life.
This research is one of representative issues of satisfying the elderly's satisfaction of life and focuses on preparation of retirement and find best alternative plan of maximizing the satisfaction of the mid, aged people and try to look for aged people's satisfaction of life and the factors that affect this.
In order to analyze the satisfaction of life of the elderly, the citizen retirement panel research was used and researched on. Three variables such as general specificity, aspects, related variables of retirement preparation, satisfaction of life were chosen and analyzed. The facts that the factor which affects the satisfaction of life of the elderly was the state of mental health, physical health, weather of not he or she is preparing fund for retirement, age, whether he or she has a spouse, financial dependency, applied or not has applied for public annuity and citizen health insurance, sex(male), area of habituation(province), total earnings of the household, family budget and income has been found as a result and the factor that affects the satisfaction of the elderly depended on is whether or not he or she is prepared for retirement.
Combining the results, this research brings up the following implications. Firstly, the awareness of necessity of preparation of retirement and publicizing and educating about it and a institutional improvement of public pension system should be raised. Secondly, if there are publicization and education about preparing for retirement, the rate of satisfaction of retirement of the elderly will be higher. Thirdly, since the average of satisfaction of life of mid, older people is 3.18 and is not high, there should be countermeasure from the government and individual, society organization and national institution should make an effort to achieve this aim.
