This study focused on psychological difficulties as factors hindering youth entrepreneurship and aimed to examine the effects of mindfulness-based group counseling program for young entrepreneurs. To evaluate the program’s effectiveness, 18 participants chose to join either the experimental group, which consisted of 8 individuals, or the non-treatment control group, which consisted of 10 individuals. The experimental group participated in a 5-session mindfulness group counseling program, held once a week for 3 hours per session. Pre- and post-intervention assessments were conducted, and the differences in program effects between groups were analyzed using ranked ANCOVA. The results indicated that the experimental group showed significant reductions in entrepreneurship anxiety and perceived stress. Among the subcomponents of resilience, self-regulation significantly improved, whereas interpersonal skills and positivity did not show significant changes. These findings provide foundational data for mental health management and psychological support systems for young entrepreneurs. The study also discusses its limitations and offers suggestions for future research.
