This study aimed to examine the effect of supervisor cultural humility as perceived by supervisees on supervision satisfaction and to identify the mediating effects of supervisory working alliance and supervisee disclosure in the relationship between supervisee perceived supervisor cultural humility and supervision satisfaction. Data from 312 supervisees who had received individual supervision within the past year were analyzed. Using SPSS 25.0 and the SPSS PROCESS macro, the results of the study are as follows. First, all variables, supervisee perceived supervisor cultural humility, supervision working alliance, supervisee disclosure, supervision satisfaction, showed statistically significant correlations. Second, the cultural humility of the supervisor had a direct impact on supervision satisfaction, while the supervisory working alliance and supervisee disclosure partially mediated this relationship. Third, in the relationship between supervisor cultural humility and supervision satisfaction, supervisory working alliance and supervisee disclosure showed a significant dual mediating effect. Based on these findings, the study presented its significance, limitations, and suggestions for future research.
