기업위기의 특징과 관리 = The Diagnosis and Management of A Corporate Crisis

국문 초록 (Abstract)

근래 글로벌화 및 정보화 추세에 따라 기업위기는 일신 경영자들의 주요 현안으로 대두되었다. 이에 본 연구는 다양한 기업위기의 유형과 실제사례들을 종합적으로 검토하여 기업위기의 공통된 특성들을 도출함으로써 기업위기를 사전에 예측하여 방지할 수 있는 기회를 제시하였다. 나아가서, 현재 국내기업의 위기관리 현황 및 문제점을 살펴보면서 향후 적절한 위기관리 방안의 모색을 시도하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Crisis management has recently come to the front of corporate managers, with the worldwide trend of globalization and IT. The present study, by comprehensively surveying the typology and cases of a corporate crisis, provided the opportunity to predict the corporate crisis beforehand and thus prevent it. Further, the status and problems of domestic crisis management system were examined and a desirable crisis management system was suggested.
