This scoping review mapped Korean research on digital nursing education (2020–2025). Following Arksey & O’Malley and PRISMA-ScR, studies were searched in major Korean databases and 47 articles were included. Publications peaked in 2025 and mostly targeted undergraduate students (78.7%). Common technologies were online/e-learning, digital literacy training, and non-VR simulation, with survey designs dominating. Outcomes frequently assessed digital literacy, self-efficacy, higher-order thinking, and clinical performance. By maturity, Digitalization (51.1%) exceeded Digitization (25.5%) and DX (23.4%), with DX (AI/ChatGPT, XR, tele-nursing) increasing in 2024–2025. Stronger designs, objective/transfer outcomes, and governance are needed.
