자활지원제도의 역사적 경험과 활용 방안 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 자활지원제도의 역사자료를 수집하고 체계적으로 정리하여 보존하기 위해 아카이브를 구축하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 구체적으로 자활지원제도 역사자료 수집에서 수집할 자료의 시작 시기, 중요 자료, 아카이브 구축방법을 파악하기 위해, 자활지원제도의 역사적 배경에 관한 문헌 고찰, 국내외 아카이브 구축사례를 사례를 살펴보았으며, 자활 관계자 인터뷰, 연구진 간의 논의, 민간과 정부 및 학계 전문가의 인터뷰를 통해 제도 형성과 변화에 직간적접으로 영향 준 자활사료를 수집하였다. 최종적으로 수집된 사료는 총 966건이며 한국보건사회 전자도서관의 자활정책 아카이브 페이지에서 자료를 공개하고 있다. 본 보고서는 이와 관련하여 이론적 배경으로 자활지원제도의 개념과 역사적 배경을 살펴보며, 국내외 아카이브 구축사례를 살펴보고, 본 연구에서 구축한 아카이브 자료 목록과 활용방안에 대해 살펴보고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to build an archive to systematically collect, organize, and preserve historical records of South Korea's Self-Sufficiency Support policies, which have evolved through contributions from government, academia, civil society, and the private sector. Based on a literature review, stakeholder interviews, and discussions, the researchers identified important materials from national archives, academic works, policy reports, and private donations, supplemented by partnerships with key institutions. Structured using the Dublin Core metadata standard, the archive ultimately contains 966 records. The primary users are policymakers, researchers, and activists, who can access the material through the Self-Sufficiency Support Policy Archive platform within the Korea Institute of Health and Social Affairs eLibrary. While the archive provides a comprehensive collection, the scarcity of early and local materials emphasizes the need for ongoing supplementation.
