This study purpose to establish the tradition of the Gyeongbuk Yecheon genealogy, which produced the largest number of producers in Korea. To this end, the data related to the Yecheon genealogy were compared and analyzed through intersubjective discussions based on the empirical scientific inquiry method for previous studies, and the conclusions are as follows. First, the fact that Kwon Gye-hwang, who served as jong4pum jeolchungjang-gun in the Joseon Dynasty, said that it was the beginning of Yecheon bow production, and that the family of Kwon Soon-ik, who served as jeong3pum tongjeongdaebu, produced Yecheon bows from generation to generation to form a genealogy, which is exaggerated in the class society of Joseon. Second, it can be proved through a newspaper article on the tradional archery competition held in Yecheon during the Japanese colonial period that Yecheon bow production resumed in the 1930s. However, it is not true that Yecheon bow production was revived by Kwon Joong-won in the 1960s. In 1971, munhwajaegwanligug designated Kwon Young-rok as the jung-yomuhyeongmunhwajae No.47th Gungsijang , in recognition of this fact. Third, the lineage of the producers of Gakgung in Yecheon, formed around Yecheon, was formed after Gab-ogyeongjang, when the Joseon status system disappeared. The designation of jung-yomuhyeongmunhwajae No. 47 Gungsijang for Kwon Young-rok among the various gakgung producers in Yecheon recognized the historicity of Yecheon bow making after Gab-ogyeongjang.
