공공기관 이전을 통한 도심활성화 사례분석

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the downtown regeneration through movement of the public facility in Gwangju, Jeonju and Daejeon city in Korea. This study is composed of following four parts. The first part studies the new theoretical viewpoints such as the creative city, the urban public design and the compact city development related with the urban regeneration. The next part reviews the background and history of the public facility movement in Korea. The third part, as a case study, analyzes the methods of the downtown regeneration through movement of the public facility in three case cities. As a conclusion, the considerable subject in planning of the downtown development through the synthesis of the analysis and suggestions to the directions for downtown regeneration of the
middle class cities in the future are arranged.
