한국사회복지교육인증제의 도입방안 연구 = A Study on the Accreditation of Social Work Education in Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

With an increasing needs for assuring the quality of social work education, this paper focuses on the social work accreditation. It reviews the global social work educational standards of the International Association of School of Social Work and some accreditation standards from the Council on Social Work Education of the US. It draws attention to some implications of the accreditation experiences of other academic fields such as engineering and business administration. In the interest of providing some guidelines on educational accreditation standards, this paper lays out five basic features of the social work education including educational goals and program objectives, curriculum, faculty, students, and educational resources/ administrative system. It is important to undertake specialized procedures and develop strategies which educational institutions accomodate various inputs for promoting academic excellence and professional competence of social work programs in Korea.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

사회복지교육의 정상화와 질 관리를 위해서는 사회복지인력의 공급측면에서 양질의 전문 인력을 배출하기 위한 교육기준이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 사회복지인증제 도입의 필요성과 함께 교육의 질적 개선을 위한 인증안의 세부내용을 살펴보고자 하였다. 세부내용으로는 사회복지교육 및 훈련에 관한 국제기준을 비롯하여 해외의 사회복지교육제도와 인증실태에 관한 자료를 검토함으로써, 인증기준개발의 지침을 마련하고 우리나라의 상황에 적합한 사회복지교육의 틀을 구성하고자 하였다. 또한 현재 우리나라에서 운영 중인 타 분야의 교육인증제 운영현황을 살펴봄으로써, 학문분야에 적합한 사회복지교육인증의 형식과 절차적 요소를 고려하고자 하였다. 마지막으로 한국사회복지교육의 현실적 욕구와 여건에 기초하여 사회복지교육인증제의 구성요소와 세부내용을 5개 영역으로 제안하고 실질적인 인증제도입의 기본 내용 및 이를 적용할 수 있는 방법, 함의를 찾고자 하였다.
