연구논문(硏究論文) : ISO 9001 품질경영시스템과 핵심요구사항에 대한 신뢰도 및 타당도 분석 = Analysis of Reliability and Validity on ISO 9001 Core QMS Requirements

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 중소 제조기업에 있어서 품질경영의 지속적 개선활동 사이클의 주요 핵심영역인 경영책임, 자원관리, 제품실현, 측정·분석에 대한 측정척도를 개발하고 해당 척도의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검증하는데 있다. 분석결과 개발된 측정변수들은 신뢰성과 타당도를 만족하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구를 통해 측정변수들을 이용한 네 가지 핵심 구성요인 간의 상호관계를 파악할 수 있는 토대를 마련하였다. 지속적 개선 사이클 상에서 상기의 네 가지 핵심요인들은 상호간에 비교적 높은 양(+)의 상관관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 지속적 개선 사이클의 4개 영역 간에 양(+)의 상관도가 높다는 것은 경영책임에서 측정·분석에 이르기까지 각 핵심영역간의 실행수준이 같은 방향으로 일관성 있게 순환관계를 형성한다는 것을 의미한다. 이를 통해 기업의 지속적 개선은 궁극적으로 기업의 경영성과로 이어질 것이라는 사실을 유추해 볼 수 있다.

This study investigates the reliability and validity among ISO 9001 QMS requirements: management responsibility, resource management, product realization, measurement and analysis. According to the result of reliability and validity analysis, the measurement variables are well constructed. This study has laid the foundation for identifying inter-relationships among four 9001 QMS requirements. Four requirements in the continuing improvements cycle revealed relatively high positive correlations among them, which means that implementation levels move consistently in the same direction from management responsibility to resource management, from resource management to product realization, from product realization to measurement and analysis. We can infer that continuing improvements eventually lead to business performance.
