한국판 물질남용자 치료장벽척도 요인구조 분석 = The Factor Structure of the Korean Version of Barriers to Treatment Inventory

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 물질남용자의 치료장벽을 측정하는 척도인 한국판 치료장벽척도(Korean Version of Barriers to Treatment Inventory)의 요인구조를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 비확률 의도표집을 통해 27개 기관에서 수집한 약물사용자 649명의 자료를 분석하였다. 분석방법으로 신뢰도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 경쟁모형비교방법을 사용하였다. 척도의 7개 요인별 신뢰도 범위는 .786～.898로 신뢰도가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 확인적 요인분석결과 원척도의 7개 요인구조는 한국 약물사용자들의 치료장벽을 설명하는 데 타당한 것으로 확인되었다. 탐색적 요인분석의 결과로는 4요인 구조가 도출되었으나 여러 경쟁모형을 비교한 결과 치료장벽척도 7개 요인구조가 한국약물사용자들의 치료장벽을 설명하기에 가장 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과 BTI-K의 신뢰도와 타당도가 입증되어, 향후 약물사용자의 치료 · 교정서비스 현장에서 유용한 사정도구로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the factor structure of the Korean Version of BTI that is measured of barriers to treatment among the substance abusers. The data for this study were collected on 649 drug users from 27 agencies using nonprobable purposive sampling. The factor structure analysis of BTI-K examined through the confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), exploratory factor analysis(EFA), and comparing models. The range of reliability of BTI-K(7 factors) was .786～.898 indicated that BTI-K has good reliability. The result of CFA identified the BTI-K of 7-factor structure has acceptable construct validity for assessing barriers to treatment among Korean drug users. On the other hand, EFA outputs described 4-factor structure was appropriate. Finally, after comparing competing models, the 7-factor structure was the best model to explain barriers to treatment among Korean drug users. The results indicate that the BTI-K has good reliability and validity, it would be useful measurement to assess the drug abusers’ characteristics in clinical and correctional service settings.
