장재의 「서명」에 대한 이황의 독법, 구인지학(求仁之學) - 윤리적 실천의 문제를 중심으로 - = Yi-Hwang`s Reading Method, the Doctrines of Qiu Ren about Zhang Zai`s `Seo-Myung` - Focusing on The Problem of Ethical Practice

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The major objective of this Study is to investigate Zhu-xi`s Interpretation of Seo-Myung and Yi-Hwang`s refutation of his interpretation. We must examine the different use of the concept of `Mino-Dongpo` between Yong-Si and Jung-I. Yang-Si regarded it as `general love` and Jung-I as `principle and status.` This defference is difference of the basis of the ethical practice. According to Jung-I, that is, `principle and status`, the former is found in proceeding from One as the first principle of all things to the individuals, and the latter is found in proceeding from the individuals to One. In this, of course, there is no transition from ki to li. Zhu-Xi wants to understand all things as moral system and principle in favor of Jung-I`s interpretation of Mino-Dongpo. Yi-Hwang, however, has the emphasis on practical method, that is, the doctrines of qiu ren, in which `I` as moral subject can be in harmony with the sympathy and communication.
