국문 초록 (Abstract)

사람이 세상에 태어나서 살아가는데 가장 중요한 것은 타인과의 적절한 관계 형성이며, 그 관계유지를 통해 만족된 삶을 살아가고 자 노력하고 있다. 인간은 태어나면서 부모, 형제와의 관계 친구, 동료, 교사 등 많은 사람과의 관계를 통해 자신에게 필요한 욕구를 충족시키며 성장하게 된다. 성장 과정 중 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 사람은 부모, 또는 사회경험을 시작하게 되는 어린이집, 유치원의 교사이다. 교사의 인성은 영유아들을 보육함에 있어 가장 중요한 덕목이라고 해도 과언이 아니다. 인성이 바른 교사는 모든 사람과의 관계유지를 잘 하고, 영유아들과 긍정적인 상호작용으로 즐거운 어린이집 생활 을 할 수 있도록 돕는 역할을 한다. 또한 동료와의 적절한 관계유지 와 맡은 직무에 만족함을 느끼며 업무를 수행함에 있어 자신감 있게 능력을 발휘할 수 있고 자신의 삶의 질 또한 높아 질 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 보육교사의 인성이 직무 만족에 미치는 영향과 업무 수행 능력이 자신의 삶에 질을 높여주는데 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 에 대하여 연구함을 목적으로 한다.

The most important thing for a person to be born and live in the world is to form a proper relationship with others, and to live a satisfying life through maintaining that relationship.,As human beings are born, they grow up to meet their needs through relationships with many people, such as parents, brothers, friends, colleagues, and teachers.,The most influential person in the growth process is the parent, or the kindergarten teacher who starts the social experience. It is no exaggeration to say that the personality of a teacher is the most important virtue in nurturing infants and young children.,In addition, they can maintain a proper relationship with their colleagues, feel satisfied with their job, demonstrate their ability to perform their work with confidence, and improve their quality of life.,The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of childcare teachers' personality on job satisfaction and the effect of job performance on improving their quality of life.
