    This study is about the life history of an elementary school teacher, Mr. Kim, who has grown to an elementary physical education professional. The data were collected from June 2013 to January 2014 through the in-depth interview and the documents review such as the internet articles and publications. For the analysis of the data, the holistic-form approach that checks the entire structure of the life history and the discourse analysis that explores the narrative structure of the life history focused on the story`s organizing principle with the question, ``why?``, were performed, and the meaning of the life was re-analyzed by looking at the dynamic relation of events, contexts, and the participant`s interpretation on his life. Teacher Kim of 24 year-work experiences grew forming the elementary physical education history as an elementary school teacher, teacher training instructor, textbook writer, researcher, and educational administrator. In the growing process of Teacher Kim, various type of communications were made, and these communications kept up the virtuous circle structure. In addition, his view on education showed changes affected by the academic flow of the physical education research, but recently forming his own curriculum view called ``Healing physical education``, brought about the conversion of the recognition into a new physical education.
