해체주의 건축물을 모티브로 한 장신구 디자인 개발에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Ornaments Design Development of Deconstructive Architecture

국문 초록 (Abstract)

개개인의 개성을 존중 해 주는 현대 사회에서 구조주의를 탈피하고 어느 한 쪽이 우위를 선점하지 않는 해체주의는 현 시대와 가장 어울리는 철학사조라고 할 수 있다. 해체주의를 표방하는 디자인은 건축 및 패션은 물론 실내 공간, 가구, 조명 등에 이르기까지 여러 분야에 걸쳐 시도되고 있으며, 특히 해체주의 건축은 1980년대부터 현재까지 세계 곳곳에서 꾸준히 진행되고 있다. 해체주의 건축물은 주변에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 일반적인 건축물과는 다른 차별화 된 매력을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 비틀어지고 휘어지는 등의 독특한 외형과 독창적인 방법으로 새로운 공간개념을 창출하는 해체주의 건축물을 모티브로 좀 더 다양한 형태의 미를 추구하는 장신구를 제작하고자 하였다. ‘비틀림’, ‘비움’, ‘접힘’ 이라는 세 가지 메인 컨셉을 정하고, 그에 다른 이미지 맵을 제작하였다. 각각의 컨셉이 잘 드러나는 해체주의 건축물을 모티브로 정한 후 디자인을 전개하였으며 아이디어 스케치를 거쳐 디자인을 완성한 후 작품을 제작하였다. 제작에는 수작업 및 Rhino Ceros CAD 프로그램을 활용하여 3D작업 후 CNC를 이용하여 실물화하는 방법으로 작품을 제작하였다. 그 결과 ‘비틀림’을 모티브로 한 작품이 3개, ‘비움’을 모티브로 한 작품이 2개, ‘접힘’을 모티브로 한 작품이 4개 총 9개의 작품이 제작되었으며 소재는 정은(92.5%)과 큐빅 지르코니아, 거울 등을 사용하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 해체주의 및 해체주의 건축물을 모티브로 한 다양한 형태와 개성적인 디자인으로 소비자의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 장신구의 개발이 기대된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

It can be said that ‘deconstructionism’ is a trend of philosophy that is the most suitable for the current time as it breaks away from constructionism in modern society in which individual personalities are respected and neither side gains an advantage over the other. The designs that advocate deconstructionism are being attempted not only in architecture & fashion but also in various fields such as interior space, furniture, lighting, etc.. Especially the deconstructionism architecture especially has been consistently implemented in various parts of the world since the 1980s. The structures of deconstructionism have differentiated appeals from that of ordinary structures that can be easily found. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to produce ornaments that pursue more diverse shapes of beauty with the motif of deconstructionism structures that create a new space concept through their unique exterior and original methods such as twisting and curving. The three main concepts of ‘Twist’, ‘Emptiness’ and ‘Fold’ were set and according images map were produced. The design were expanded upon setting deconstructionism structures in which each concept is well revealed as the motif, and the final products were produced upon completing the design through idea sketches. In regards to the production, manual work and Rhino Ceros CAD program were used for 3D design workes and CNC was used for materialization. Accordingly, 3 final products with the motif of ‘Twist’, 2 final products with the motifes of ‘Emptiness’ and 4 final products with the motifes of ‘Fold’ in the total of 9 final products were produced. As for the material, stirling silver (92.5%), cubic zirconia and mirror were used. It is expected through this study the development of ornaments that can satisfy consumer needs through various shapes and unique designs using the motif of deconstructionism and deconstructionism structures.
