블렌디드 러닝 기반 시뮬레이션 교육이 간호대학생의 전문심폐소생술 지식, 수행 능력, 학습 만족도에 미치는 효과 = The Effect of Simulation Education based on Blended Learning on Nursing Students’ Knowledge, Performance, Learning Satisfaction to ACLS

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 블렌디드 러닝 기반 시뮬레이션 교육이 간호대학생의 전문심폐소생술 지식, 수행 능력, 학습 만족도에 주는 효과를 파악하기 위해 실시되었다. 연구 방법은 비동등성 대조군 전후설계이었다. 연구대상은 C대학 간호학과 4학년 학생 88명으로 하였다. 연구 기간은 2021년 9월 1일부터 12월 31일까지이었고 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용해 X2 test, independent t-test로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 실험군의 전문심폐소생술의 수행 능력(t=-9.843, p=.001)과 학습 만족도(t=-3.484, p<.001)가 대조군에 비해 유의하게 높았다. 결론적으로 블렌디드 러닝 기반 전문심폐소생술 시뮬레이션 교육은 간호대학생의 수행 능력과 학습 만족도를 향상시키는 효율적인 교수법임을 시사하였다.
