최근 유로존 재정위기 분석 - 케인즈의 유효적 원인의 관점에서 - = Analyzing the Current Euro Zone Crisis: An Application of Keynes’s Causa Causans

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This article raises the question：What is the root causes of the Euro zone crisis in terms of Keynesian perspective of causa causans which means dominant cause or immediate cause. In this paper these causes were identified with financial integration/deregulation and balance-of-payment imbalances in the Euro zone. Recently emerged as a major concern of economists and policy makers, how to understand the imbalance problem in Eurosystem is a shortcut to reach these diagnoses. The core of the problem is the imbalances of power of the creditor and debtor, which perspective is shared by Keynes and some recent researchers.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 글은 케인즈가 유효적 원인이라는 용어를 통해 제시한 접근법을 따라 현시기 유로존 경제가 당면하고 있는 위기의 원인이 무엇인가라는 질문을 제기하고 그 원인을금융적 통합과 탈규제 그리고 국제수지 불균형의 누적에서 찾았다. 그리고 이러한 진단에 도달하는 지름길을 최근 유로존 연구자들과 정책당국자들에게 주요 관심사로 떠오른 유로시스템 상의 불균형 문제에 대한 이해에서 찾았다. 문제의 핵심은 몇몇 연구자들이 이야기하는 것처럼, 또한 케인즈도 공유하고 있었던, 채권자와 채무자, 즉 채권국과 채무국의 힘의 관계의 불균형이라고 할 수 있다.
