진주 논개시장 디자인 특화거리 조성에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Creation of Design-Specialized Streets in Jinju Nongae Traditional Market

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Background The purpose of this study is to find a plan to revitalize the commercial district through the creation of a specialized street in the declining Nongae Market in Jinju.
Methods The scope of the study is Nongae Market in Jinju City. Derive implications through best practices and derive development directions through investigations. Based on this, the design process proceeds.
Result Criteria for design development and creation of specialized streets were presented. Newtro concept-based design was developed and a plan for specialization was presented.
Conclusion First, the necessity of creating a specialized market for commercial district regeneration was confirmed through the survey. The application value and direction of the Newtro concept were presented.
Second, improvement plans for each space and guide sign and Way-Finding system establishment plans were presented.
Third, a plan to highlight the identity of Nongae Market was presented by using photographs.
Fourth, with physical maintenance as the starting point, the ripple effect was maximized and a plan for local self-reliance was proposed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

논문요약연구배경 쇠퇴한 전통시장의 기능을 회복시키고 상권재생을 위해 진주 논개시장에 특화거리 조성을 통한 상권재생 방안을 모색하고자 한다.
연구방법 연구 범위는 진주시 논개시장이며 우수사례를 통한 시사점을 도출하고 현황조사, 설문조사 등을 통해 개발방향을 도출한다. 이를 바탕으로 디자인 프로세스를 진행하고 세부 적용방안을 도출한다.
연구결과 연구를 통하여 얻은 개발방향 및 컨셉을 기반으로 특화거리 디자인 개발 및 조성의 기준을 제시하였다. 뉴트로 컨셉 기반의 디자인을 개발하고 공간별 특성을 고려한 세부 디자인을 진행했으며 특화를 위한 방안을 제시하였다.
결론 첫째, 현황분석과 설문조사 등을 통해 상권재생을 위한 특화시장 조성의 필요성을 확인하였고 뉴트로 컨셉의 적용가치와 방향성을 제시하였다.
둘째, 각 공간별 특성을 고려한 개선방안과 안내사인 및 Way- Finding체계 구축의 필요성 및 방안을 제시하였다.
셋째, 논개시장 사진을 활용한 사진 갤러리형 골목조성으로 논개시장의 정체성 부각 방안을 제시하였다.
넷째, 디자인 추진전략 및 단계별 사업 활성화 전략을 제시하여 물리적 정비를 시발점으로 하여 파급효과를 극대화하고 지역자생의 방안을 제시하였다.
