In order to confirm the effect of the core stability physical strength factors on the lower limbs explosive force, the core stability physical strength test and the exploding force of the lower limbs were conducted by 17 college students. After the test, the effects of the core stability physical strength factors on the lower limbs explosive force were confirmed by multiple linear regression analysis. The deterministic physical strength factors required for the lower limbs explosive force are determined by principal component analysis. The findings of this study are as follows:
First, multiple regression analysis results show that the core stability physical factor that has the greatest impact on the lower limbs explosive force is the core explosive force. Therefore, to improve the lower limbs explosive force, the most important thing is to improve the core explosive force.
Second, the results of principal component analysis show that the core function occupies the highest load in the first factor, but the core explosive force also appears in the first element. Therefore, in order to improve the explosive force of lower limbs, it is not only explosive training of movements, but also important to promote the development of peripheral muscle groups and collaborative muscle groups in the form of hop.
Third, the core flexibility extracted from the second element can provide a large range of motion for the bending and stretching of the body in terms of the characteristics of measuring the explosive force of the lower limbs. From this point of view, improving the core flexibility training can promote the explosive force of the lower limbs.
Generally speaking, in order to improve the explosive force of lower limbs, the most important thing is to improve the function of lower limbs and explosive force of lower limbs in the core stability physical elements. The reason is that it is not only a few physical factors that reflect the explosive power of lower limbs. Therefore, in order to develop explosive force of lower limbs, peripheral muscle group and cooperative muscle group should be trained at the same time, and core flexibility training should be carried out at the same time, so as to expand the range of motion of joints and promote the development of explosive force in summer solstice.
