지역특화발전특구 지정지역 관광객의 만족도 제고방안 = Tourist Satisfaction and Revisit Intention in the Special Zone for Regional Development

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Tourism is regarded as one means of fostering regional economic development and ameliorating it's inequalities. Gok-Seong region possess natural advantages that could form the basis for regional competitive. The purpose of this study is to examine tourist satisfaction and revisit intention and inform the activation of the regional tourism in Gok-Seong. In this regard this study is to evaluate the satisfaction of the tourists toward tourism in Gok-Seong region and revisit intention. And the data derived from questionnaires were analyzed by using SPSS and reliability, validity, frequency, T-test, ANOVA, regression analysis were used. In conclusion, the special zone for regional development make and effort to improve the tourist satisfaction level, especially in the field of service encounter, tourism facilities and experience program. Creating re-visitors and providing more opportunity for residents should be a condition for sustainable tourism development in the special zone for regional development.
