Thymic cyst had been first reported in 1897 and first successful surgical excisions of thymic cysts of the neck was in 1939, of the mediastimu was in 1947.
We have experienced a case of anterior mediastinal mass in a 60 years old man who complained of headache and dizziness. We confirmed it with excision of mass which is thymic cyst in anterior mediastinum. So we present a case with the brief review of literatures.
