발달장애아 부모 가정지도 교육프로그램의 임상적용 효과 = The Effectiveness of Clinical Application to Autistic Child Parent's Education Program

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 발달장애아인 자폐아동의 어머니에 의한 교육프로그램 실시가 자폐성 아동의 발달 전 영역에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 단일 실험연구설계에 의하여 진행되었다. 연구 대상은 27개월된 자폐 남아의 어머니였고, '자폐아 조기치료ㆍ교육용 학습교재'가 적용프로그램으로 사용되었다. 연구절차는 D대 부설 정서ㆍ학습장애아 클리닉의 개별치료실에서 1회기를 50분으로 하여 주 2회씩 4개월 동안 부모교육이 실시되는 것과 병행하여 가정에서 교육받은 어머니가 아동을 개별적으로 직접 교육시키도록 하였다. 아동에 대한 가정지도는 비디오 녹화에 따라 부모의 치료ㆍ교육 진행 결과를 알아보았다. 또한 아동의 학습 반응 여부는 주 1회 관찰자와 연구자가 대상아동의 가정을 방문 관찰 평가하였다. 연구결과는 '발달점검표'의 실시를 통해 아동의 발달수준을 비교하였으며, 아동의 발달율(PCI) 측정으로 프로그램의 효과가 PCI=4.56>1로 검증되었다.

The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of autistic child's parent education program that affects the development of child with autism and the self-efficiency of parent
with autistic child.
The goals of this study are, first to clarify the effect of parent's education program that affects development of child with autism, second to clarify the self-efficiency of parent with
autistic child.
This single-subject study used clinical case study to design assess the effectiveness of parents education program on the development and Proportional change Index by child who have autism and the self-efficiency of the parent with autistic child.
This program was carried out their 50 minutes per time, twice per week and for 4 months at a treatment room of an emotion & loarning disabled children clinic of 'T' university with materials of the early intervention & education of autistic children, and them educate their
children.
As a result, a Development Age Point of child appeared the change of 19.96 to 24.32 with great muscle exercise, 6.74 to.17.15 with a small muscle exercise, 3.84 to 7.04 with a cognition
& studying, 1.12 to 6.01 with a language, 11.54 to 15.2 with an oneself management, 1.84 to 3.77 with a sociality, PCI=4.56>1.
