입학사정관제도의 운영상 문제점 및 발전방안 = he Management of the Policy of Admission Officer System and its Development Plan

국문 초록 (Abstract)

자주 변화하는 입시 정책으로, 한국의 입시제도는 학교, 학부모, 학생들로부터 신뢰를 얻지 못하는 형편이고, 그 결과 사교육비 증가, 국가 정책의 신뢰성 부재, 고등학교 진로지도의 어려움등의 많은 문제점을 유발하고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 방안으로 도입된 입학사정관제도를 고찰하고, 아직 미 정착된 제도의 빠른 정착을 위한 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 입학사정관제도의 도입배경, 개념을 정립하고, 미국의 입학사정관제도 고찰을 통해 얻어진 시사점을 바탕으로 우리나라의 현실에 맞는 입학사정관제도의 발전방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 창의성과 사회성이 높은 인재를 선발, 길러내기 위해서는 단순히 입학사정관제도라는 대입제도의 변경만으로는 이루어질 수 없고, 대학의 자체적인 노력과 변화가 선행되어야 함을 알 수 있었다. 다각적인 노력과 시도를 통해 입학사정관제도의 정착을 유도하고, 이제까지의 획일적인 방식의 학생선발을 지양하고, 대학의 건학이념에 따른 미래의 인재 선발방식을 만들어 학생을 선발해야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

If the Admission officer System settles itself systematically, the educational problems such as the normalization of public education and the easing of the private education expenses will be relieved in some degrees. The society in the times of economic development only centered on the growth in the past required the talents by means of the appraisal based solely on grades. But this diversified society is the times when the talents with a high talent, creativity and sociality are required in the limelight instead of the talents by the memory-centered educational method.
In order to culture the talents with a loft creativity and sociality, it is not sufficient to change the college entrance examination system simply with Admission Officer System, the efforts and changes of the colleges themselves are prerequisite to the system. We shall have to control the screening of the students by the uniform method hitherto and pick out the students by making the ready-made talent screening method of the schools in accordance with the establishment objective, school-foundation idea and educational philosophy..
