      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      The purpose of this study was to investigate the Take after rib bone inlay graft to inferior border of mandible with different preservation temperatures & periods. Preservation of the rib bone graft of rabbits was performed at Hartmann solution in temperature, 0, 5, 15, 25, 35℃, during 30minutes and in period, 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60minutes in 25℃.
      Microscopic and radiographic examination was done at 6 weeks and fluorescence microscopic examination was done after 15 days only in rabbit of temperature group.
      The results were as follows.
      1. In preservation tomperature, microscophically, at 0℃, there were more osteocytes with basophilic nucleus than other temperatures and less new bone formation in stage of recovery, and more mature bone matrix. Radiographically, at 0℃, there were less resorption of graft and graft itself had a sustained bone density.
      2. Tetracycline fluorescence microscophically, at 0℃, there were more tetracycline in periphery of graft in junction with host bone than other temperatures.
      3. In preservation period, microscopically, within 20minutes, there were relatively more mature bone and radiographically, the shorter was preservation time, the lesser bone resorption was observed.
